He has been around YYC for over 15 years which means he knows the ins-and-outs of our operation making him the ultimate assistant!  Need help reading a note your boss left you?  Not only can Doug write but he has an incredible ability of deciphering messy handwriting.  Doug is also a firm believer that an organized workspace is a productive workspace; he will happily stack all of your paperwork into neat organized piles covering your desk.
